1 CLEANSING FIBER-Take 1/2 hour before meal or 2 hours after meal. If you 
haven't used a Psyllium product before, we suggest starting slowly. On Day 1 
begin with 3 capsules, twice daily, adding one additional capsule to each dosage 
per Day, building up to the suggested dose on Day 4. 
2 THISTLE CLEANSE-Take between meals or 2 hrs after meals and separate from the 
Cleansing Fiber. 
3 CLEANSING LAXATIVE-Take at bedtime. 
REMEMBER TO DRINK PLENTY OF FLUIDS! 
WARNINGS: This product contains Cascara and Rhubarb. Do not use if you have or 
developed diarrhea, loose stools or abdominal pain because Cascara and Rhubarb 
may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health. 
Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea or if you are pregnant, 
nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.  WARNINGS: When taking 
adequate fluid this product may swell and block your throat or esophagus and may 
cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulity in swallowing or 
when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting, or difficulty in swallowing or 
breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention. If you 
are pregnant or nursing a baby seek the advice of a health care professional 
before using this product. May cause allergic reaction in people sensitive to 
inhaled or ingested psyllium. Not recommended for persons 
with hypertension or kidney insufficiencies, acute gallbladder or intentional 
disorders, kidney stones, or qall stones. 

INGREDIENTS:
CLEANSING FIBER: Each capsule contains 425mg of Psyllium seed and husk (Plantago
ovata) in a proprietary blend of 104mg of the following: Licorice root, Apple
Pectin, Bentonite Clay, Kaolin Clay, Slippery Elm bark, Pau D'Arco Bark,
Peppermint leaf and Chlorella.
CLEANSING LAXATIVE: (a Stimulant Laxative) Each tablet contains 150mg of Cascara
Sagrada bark in a propietary blend of the following: Chinese Rhubarb root,
Frangula bark, Gentian root, Goldenseal root, Fennnel Seed, Kaolin Clay, Anise
seed and Oregon Grape root.
THISTLE CLEANSE: Each capsule contains 1mg of Milk Thistle extract, standardized
to 80% silymarin, in a proprietary blend of 480mg of the following: Milk thistle
seed, Dandelion root, Yellow dock root, Salvia root, Hyssop leaaf, Red Clover
blossom, Burdock root, Barberry root, Bupleurum root, Sage leaf, Ginger root,
Licorice root, Japanese Honeysuckle flower and Chrysanthemum flower.
